When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

STATEMENT

In compliance with enacted right-to-know legislation, the following information provides information for consumers on certain ingredients used in the manufacture or processing of applicable NoStik products.We are committed to creating safe consumer products and welcome any questions from our customers. For our Colorado consumers: Intentionally added PFAS chemicals present in our products are added to give these products nonstick properties, increased wear resistance and increased corrosion and chemical resistance.

A part of the NoStik product range contains nonstick made out of PTFE. PTFE is listed in the CECBP – Priority Chemicals (Biomonitoring California Priority Chemicals list). For more information about chemicals in these products, visit https://dtsc.ca.gov/scp/authoritative-lists

All our products comply with relevant rules established by the federal Food and Drug Administration, including the relevant requirements of Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations governing the safe use of substances in contact with food.

California Assembly Bill 1200 (“A.B. 1200”) and Colorado House Bill 22-1345 (“H.B. 22-1345”) require manufacturers of cookware to disclose the presence of certain chemicals that are intentionally added in any product surface that comes into contact with food or beverages. California’s A.B. 1200 applies to chemicals identified on California’s Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) Candidate Chemicals List, while Colorado H.B. 22-1345 applies to PFAS chemicals.

Colorado H.B. 22-1345 Disclosure Details:

PTFE coated products contain PFAS chemicals (polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), perfluoroalkoxy alkane (PFA), fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP)), which are used for their non-stick properties.

California A.B. 1200 Disclosure Details:

In relation to Minnesota Statue Section 116.943, Subd. 5(a) (hereinafter referred to as the “2025 PFAS MN Law”) which is a part of Amara’s law, no cookware (among other products) that contains intentionally added per- or polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) may be sold, offered for sale or distributed in Minnesota after December 31, 2024. All our products comply with relevant rules established by the Federal Food and Drug Administration, including the relevant requirements of Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations governing the safe use of substances in contact with food. In regards to this Statue the above items will not be sold in Minnesota beginning Jan 1, 2025.

Beginning January 1, 2026, these cookware products may not be sold, offered for sale, or distributed in Maine or Colorado.
